2021财年第一季度公司总收入约为人民币5,868万元（822万美元）；毛利润约为人民币2,241万元（314万美元）；净亏损约为人民币1,154万元（162万美元）;调整后净亏损约为人民币62万元（9万美元）。2021财年第一季度学生报名人次为44,634 人次，主要受到新冠肺炎疫情影响。截至2020年5月31日，四季教育共拥有50个校区。
